The site is the end cottage on a corner.
The existing Cottage was restored and we designed a large extension to the rear.
The design includes external walls of reverse brick veneer with all internal walls solid brick for maximum thermal mass. All windows and doors are double glazed and insulation exceeds standard requirements.
