Located on the former Adelaide Channel 9 television studio in Tynte Street, North Adelaide this six storey development is for 93 serviced apartments and an underground car park for 87 cars. Existing State Heritage and Local Heritage buildings located on site are retained and restored.
The proposal responds to a new Development Plan in the existing heritage conservation zone by providing a stepping mass away from the existing two storey residential development.
