The developer of these two attached dwellings in the inner Adelaide suburb of Norwood liked the result so much he sold his house and moved in to one.
Our response to the Brief required a three level dwelling to fit within a two storey height limit, a curved roof to fit below a maximum height limit, a lower level to be above the flood plain and a Green Design for north facing living areas.
